The F100 is the new holographic embossing system that employs a single
nip to provide precise image registration. This technology greatly
simplifies operation and maintenance.
The F100 is designed to emboss pre-metallised material, (Polyester,
OPP, Hot Stamping Foil, Cello-Foil, Acetate, plus H.R.I Foil) from
holographically produced images electro-formed on to a nickel shim.
The shim thickness tolerance that may be accommodated is 0.06mm.
The
machine has unwind and rewind carriers that will allow for both imperial
(3") or metric (76mm) internal diameter spool cores and are securely
locked into position using a manual self-lock mechanism.
