Carbonlite offer a complete re-engineering service for existing converting equipment. This can be from basic refurbishment to restore manufacturer’s tolerances and function to complete re-engineering including new drives and controls, updated safety and improved functionality.

This can be an economically attractive alternative to buying new equipment and in some cases can result in better equipment than that available in the market today.

Services - Development

Carbonlite will usually be able to make coating and laminating equipment and holographic embossing equipment available for process development and/or pre-production trials.

We work closely with paper and film suppliers and with coating manufacturers so we are able to offer their expertise in conjunction with our own.

Our clients value this service as it enables a lot of testing to be done quickly and reduces the risk involved in specifying equipment and materials for a production scale process.
